An influencer who spent close to $100,000 to be in an elite sorority at the University of Alabama revealed she unintentionally landed in the middle of a love triangle after being cheated on by her boyfriend.
TikToker Kylan Darnell took to TikTok to tell her 1.1 million followers she was 'mad' at fellow TikToker Grace Hale, who claimed her ex-boyfriend cheated on her with Darnell.
Darnell's followers said they were 'heartbroken' for the influencer as she only revealed she had a boyfriend a month ago, and the relationship blew up while she traveled to Texas to visit him.
In a video shared at the start of the trip on November 23, she said: 'We started talking June of this summer, we started dating September... we're still in our honeymoon phase.'
A day later, Hale posted a cryptic video saying her ex-boyfriend cheated on her with a 'famous TikToker', and was told in September he was 'going to have a famous new girlfriend.'
Although she didn't name Darnell in her clip, fans pieced it together as she parodied Darnell's catchphrase - 'have a great day not a good day' - by opening her video 'today is a terrible day, not just a bad day.'
Darnell responded by dumping her boyfriend while visiting him in Texas, and said 'well, that trip was shorter than planned!'
'Girl, I didn't know you existed,' she captioned the video.

Darnell first shot to fame by winning Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2022, the year she joined the University of Alabama.
She went on to document how she 'rushed' a sorority at the school, with many likening her videos to the docuseries 'Bama Rush' the year prior.
Fans were shocked when Darnell said she had a boyfriend in November, and she revealed she found out about his infidelity while at dinner with him in Texas.
She claimed in a TikTok from the airplane home that Hale 'knew about' her 'the whole time, then posted a video about making it go viral.'
'But she blocked you and your sister so you couldn't see it, so you find out by it coming up on your moms FYP. She didn't even like private message me, she just said wham.'
Refusing to acknowledge either the boyfriend or Hale by name, referring to her only as 'that girl', Darnell claimed Hale never messaged her before releasing her TikTok.
Hale also released a TikTok clarifying her side of the story, and insisting to her followers that she reached out to Darnell before revealing her initial video.
In a response video, Darnell said she had known her ex-boyfriend since high school, and claimed Hale lied in her TikTok by claiming to have been with him.
'I don’t think she did what she did for the right intention, and her story’s a little messed up,' she said.
'They were never together,' she added. 'I know she says that.'
Darnell brought up text messages sent to her by a friend of Hale's, where she was told that the video was because she 'just wanted some followers.'

The college student insisted that she is no longer in contact with the mysterious ex-boyfriend, but continued her diatribe against Hale in a follow-up video.
'I'm not validating him in any way,' she continued. 'I'm just saying don't go on the internet and pretend to be the victim, act like I home wrecked your relationship when I was talking to him the whole time, and first.
'And then go on and say you dated when there are text messages from someone really close to you saying you didn't, and you just did it for followers.'
The influencer concluded her video spree by saying there was more to the story, but the drama was 'podcast worthy' and she was saving it for an episode, and didn't want to 'give it all up now.'
