Foodies are divided after Snackolator teased all-new Dill Pickle-flavored Cheez-Its on social media.

The hype began after Cheez-It posted a November 15 photo of the possible new product on Instagram.

'Using #nationalpickleday to ask if we should make a Cheez-It Pickle flavor - #fakeflavor,' the company wrote in the photo caption.

Viral food blogger Snackolator posted the same photo on its Instagram and X accounts yesterday and questioned if the Cheez-It flavor would be available to purchase one day.

'Maybe the IHOP Lay's have made me think that brands are teasing 'fake flavors' that they know are coming out, but this actually makes some sense given the pickle trend this year,' Snackolator wrote.

The food blogger added they'd 'pass' on the potential Cheez-It since they're not a fan of dill pickles.

However, man social media users, including restaurant chains, are hoping the Dill Pickle-flavored Cheez-It is real.

The viral photos came less than a month after Snackolator claimed Cheetos would drop Dill Pickle flavored- Flamin' Hot Cheetos in early 2025.

Multiple X users were excited about the possible flavor despite the 'fake flavor' hashtag.

Fans on Instagram, including a 'pregnant mama,' were just as excited to learn about the possible new Cheez-It flavor.

'I've never wanted anything more in my life please please please,' an Instagrammer wrote.

Another commenter wrote: 'Dill pickles can absolutely work in a Cheez it - it only makes sense!.'

Instagram accounts for companies, influencers, and celebrities have also shown their support toward the potential new flavor including Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi.

Jimmy John's sandwich chain requested Cheez-It give them 14 boxes, and Sour Punch Candy wrote 'UM YES PLEASE.'

'We're in if you are @cheezit,' Claussen Pickles commented.

Various Instagram and X users insisted Cheez-It make an actual Dill-Pickle flavored product

Several Instagram users were quick to request Cheez-It keep the 'fake flavor' from existing.

'I love dill pickles, but I'm not sure about this,' an Instagrammer wrote.

Another fan wrote: 'Stop. The best flavor Cheez-It already exists. They've peaked.'

At least three Instagrammers questioned the pickle trend and deemed it 'unnecessary.'

'I just don't get the artificial pickle flavor craze. If I want a pickle flavor I'd rather eat the real thing,' one person wrote.

A few other social media users suggested other flavors Cheez-It should try instead, including the Cornichon pickle, which is less sour than Dill pickles.

'Were getting pickles before pepperoni? What kind of world is this,' an Instagram user wrote.

Multiple social media users wished for the growing pickle trend to die down, or for Cheez-It to create a flavor besides Dill

Pringles also made headlines after the company announced it would bring back its Dill Pickle-flavored chips.

'Dill pickle features an outrageously dillicious balance of straight-from-the-jar dill pickle flavor,' Pringles said.

'Each bite delivers the salty, tangy flavor experience with a touch of herbal dill that longtime fans remember, and first-timers will love, so you too can satisfy your pickle craving in crisp form anytime and anywhere.'
