The internet has erupted into a heated debate over which male stars have had plastic surgery.

It began after Natasha Lustig, an Australian content creator with more than 202,000 followers, posted a video in which she listed the famous men who she believes have gone under the knife.

She said it felt like everyone 'talks about' female celebrities who have had cosmetic enhancements, but that not enough people mention the men.

'Everyone is talking about what Lindsay Lohan has done, what Christina [Aguilera] has done. But nobody's talking about the men,' she stated in the now-viral clip.

'Men have been doing this for some time. But the narrative is always like, silly pathetic girls can't handle aging.

'And men are like, "We age so gracefully." But do you? Because it seems like you're aging badly and just hiding behind the bad [rep] that women get for having work done.'

Natasha theorized that stars like Cristiano RonaldoTom CruiseIan Somerhalder, and Paul Wesley had all changed their appearance thanks to cosmetic procedures.

'Cristiano Ronaldo has gotta be the biggest transformation,' Natasha said in her video.

The internet has erupted into a heated debate over which male stars have had plastic surgery. Cristiano Ronaldo is seen left in 2003 and right earlier this month

It began after influencer Natasha Lustig theorized that stars like Cristiano and Tom Cruise (seen left in 1997 and right in 2023) had changed their appearance using cosmetic procedures

Elie Levine, a New York-based plastic surgeon told DailyMail.com that 39-year-old Cristiano's face 'has definitely changed over the years.'

'It appears that he has contour his nose and possibly added volume to his face,' he said.

Natasha guessed that Mission Impossible star Tom, 62, had received at least 'five procedures' while comparing photos of him when he was younger and recently.

Dr. Levine agreed, telling DailyMail.com, 'His cheek and Malar area has dramatically improved and looks quite good for someone of his age.

'In addition, he has definitely helped strengthen his jawline and chin. All of these changes could be through fillers, fat grafting, or implants.

'It also appears that his nose has improved in shape over the years, likely pointing to rhinoplasty surgery.

'His skin has remained youthful which may indicate resurfacing and laser rejuvenation.'

Natasha added of Vampire Diaries stars Ian, 45, and Paul, 42: 'Ian's a good subtle one because people don't realize how much he had done to his jawline. And of course his bud Paul, that nose and jawline has been touched.'

She added of Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder: 'Ian's a good subtle one because people don't realize how much he had done to his jawline.' Ian is seen left in 2000 and right in October

Natasha also theorized that Paul Wesley had work done. She said: 'Of course his bud Paul, that nose and jawline has been touched.' He's seen left in 2010 and right earlier this month

Dr. Levine theorized that Ian may have received a nose job and had work on his 'cheeks and jawline,' while he said Paul's 'nasal contour' and 'chin area' had 'changed dramatically.'

'Improvement in the lower face can be done in numerous ways, including fillers, fat transfer and even some implants,' he added.

The content creator also brought up George Clooney, who has been open about going under the knife in the past.

The actor, 63, previously admitted that he got excess skin removed from his upper and lower eyelids.

Natasha theorized that men make their plastic surgery look more 'realistic' that women by purposely leaving 'a little sag.'

In addition, the influencer listed the male stars who she believed may have received 'sneaky little hair transplants.'

'[Your hairline] doesn't just move,' she stated. 'Men be out here acting like their new hairline is a gift from God. Like the fairies came down themselves and went "sprinkle sprinkle."'

She listed Machine Gun Kelly, Matthew McConaughey, and Elon Musk, among others as potential hair transplant recipients.

In addition, the influencer listed the male stars who she believed may have received 'sneaky little hair transplants,' like Elon Musk, who is seen left in 2004 and right earlier this month

Immediately, people took to the comment section to share the other male celebrities who they thought had gotten plastic surgery

Others praised Natasha for speaking out about the subject

'As someone who had filler across my face after weight loss there is nothing wrong with having work. But let's give men the attention they crave,' Natasha concluded.

Immediately, people took to the comment section to share the other male celebrities who they thought had gotten plastic surgery.

'Forgot Zac Efron,' one person wrote, while another asked, 'Can we add Will Poulter to this list?

'Tired of reading that he had a "glo' up" and he just lost baby fat in his face.'

'Oh and don’t overlook Jamie Foxx he has had 50-11 different hairlines over his career,' someone else added.

'Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper also both have had face lifts in the last couple of years. Google it and it’s obvious,' a fourth comment read.

Others praised Natasha for speaking out about the subject.

'Call 'em out girl yes,' one user wrote.

Another said, 'Thank you for talking about this.'

'This is so important to talk about, as it’s linked so strongly into shame, guilt, and the narrative of "silly little girls" which strips away female empowerment and allows men to belittle women,' someone else commented.
