Mitch McConnell and Brian Kemp's loser choice for US Senate (lost then lost again, much like Martha McSally in Arizona) will not be promoted to a high executive position.

She was a terrible pick for senator. She was a sucky senator. She lost in November, then lost again in the runoff.
Kemp and McConnell didn’t want Doug Collins because he was a conservative and we got a Democrat senator for the last four years, providing the Democrats with a majority.
The last thing we need is a loser, moderate Republican ex-appointed Senator as a cabinet secretary.
