LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Clark County prosecutors filed a new charge Monday afternoon against the woman accused of sparking a police shooting after that woman exposed herself to reporters in court.
Alejandra Boudreaux, 31, appeared in court for the first time Monday on charges connected to a home invasion on Nov. 11. A police officer responding to a 911 call from the homeowner, Brandon Durham, 43, shot and killed Durham as he and Boudreaux struggled over a knife.
In court Monday, Boudreaux first mimed to the camera that she was sorry. She then exposed her breast before a marshall removed her from the room.

She was expected to return to court Tuesday on the additional charge.
In court Monday, Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Amy Wilson set bail at $1 million on charges including disregarding the safety of a person resulting in death, and home invasion. Boudreaux was previously ordered to appear by any means necessary after failing to show twice last week.
Police responded to Durham’s home after he called 911 and said someone was attempting to enter his home.
8 News Now first reported Durham called 911 the night before in an attempt to trespass Boudreaux out. One of the officers who responded was the same officer who later killed Durham.
Boudreaux, who has a criminal history in Florida and identifies as a transgender woman, was scheduled for another court hearing connected to the home invasion on Dec. 16.

Thank you very much and God bless you.
Apparently, man had been involved with woman(?) who was breaking into his house. He called 911. They were struggling over a knife when the police officer shot the man dead. Presumably the policeman assumed the man was the criminal attacking the woman. Both were black. Woman identifies as transgender. Not sure if that means a man who had a sex change or a woman who wants to be a man.
