Cowboys safety Markquese Bell suffered a gruesome looking injury on Monday night in the first half of his team's matchup against the Texans.
Bell was trying to tackle Houston's Dameon Pierce during a kickoff when his arm got caught on his opponent's knee and bent back awkwardly.
Bell was seen with his arm being held by a Cowboys trainer after the play as he came off of the field.
And Dr. David J. Chao, who used to be the team doctor for the Chargers, said that Bell had suffered a 'clear anterior/inferior shoulder dislocation' - and added that surgery was likely for the player.
Bell was announced as questionable to return with a shoulder injury, but fans were left fearing the worst for him.
