The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has sided with the McCormick campaign, and ordered Bucks County to STOP counting illegal ballots
The Democrats on the Bucks County Commission openly admitted they would start counting un/misdated ballots, which was CLEARLY in an effort to steal the election for Bob Casey.

he Democratic commissioner in Bucks County who openly defied a court order not to count illegal misdated ballots in the Pennsylvania election *GAVE* campaign contributions to Democratic senatorial candidate Bob Casey.
The election official, Diane Ellis-Marseglia, earlier caused a stir with comments that she would ignore the PA Supreme Court.
“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” Ellis-Marseglia said at a commission meeting. “People violate laws any time they want,” she said. “So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention.”
The Washington Free Beacon reported that Ellis-Marseglia has been a frequent donor to Senate candidate Bob Casey, whose vote total has grown to within the 0.5% recount margin after Election Day.
The Bucks County official gave to Casey or his PAC at least four times.
The race is headed for an automatic recount that will stop on Nov. 27. Unless they decide to count more ballots.
