Before the start of Saturday's Southeastern Conference clash between Texas and Arkansas, one Longhorns cheerleader rated Razorback fans' ability to do the 'Horns Down' hand signal.

The signature taunt to get under the skin of Texas' players and fans for decades has been Horns Down.

The hand motion reverses the 'Hook 'Em Horns' gesture, where you raise only your pointer and pinky fingers. The taunt turns those two fingers from pointing to the sky to the ground instead.

The cheerleader, identified in the comments as Julia Foegelle, who is the star of the video gives out scores from zero to 8 out of 10 in terms of how well Razorback fans are trying to mock them.

Most of the scores are not strong from the Longhorns cheerleader, with her offering tons of critiques for how to perform the taunt correctly.

And if there is anyone who knows what a proper 'Horns Down' would look like, it's one of the school's cheerleaders.

Texas cheerleader Julia Foegelle rated Arkansas' fans ability to do the 'Horns Down' taunt

Most Arkansas fans were given a terrible score by Foegelle as she critiqued their gestures

'That's not even "Horns Down", it's sideways, it's a 4 out of 10,' Foegelle said.  'You're just pointing at me at this point.'

'His fingers aren't even curled right, that's thumbs down, that's not us, that's (Texas A&M,' she continued. 'Wrong game, c'mon!'

Many Longhorns fans want the video to turn into a series with Foegelle continuing to rate 'Horns Down' at away stadiums.

The Longhorns did go to Fayetteville and defeat the Razorbacks 20-10 to maintain its control of a clear College Football Playoff berth at 9-1 and 5-1 in the conference.

Arkansas needs to win one of its final two games against Louisiana Tech or Missouri to gain bowl eligibility with its sixth win of the season.
