Trump's pick for Surgeon General , Dr Janette Nesheiwat was terrible on COVID..
She believed Delta was particularly harmful to kids. It was not. She claimed we were running out of ICU beds. We were not. She said masks mitigated spread. They did not.
She's an awful pick for SG.

Maybe nothing. Trump is a fantastic campaigner, an amazing salesman (as multiple people have said), and he obviously loves his country deeply. But he does not necessarily make good hires. He said so himself to Joe Rogan.

I will say this. Many people were stuck in hallways because there is a rule about having a room. No nurses, no room.
The personnel were not there due to mandated clot shot.

hmm. I like her. America was ill prepped for Covid. And governors like Whitmer and Cuomo were putting sick patients in nursing homes, and it was the elderly who were the most vulnerable!
And the doctor does seem to acknowledge the mistakes of lockdown policies:

I've joked repeatedly that we should be happy that Trump hasn't nominated Laura Loomer or Catturd to cabinet positions.
In the case of Dr. Janette Nesheiwat, Laura Loomer or Catturd would likely be preferable.
