While the men's 2025 NCAA Basketball Tournament began with the First Four on Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday kicks off a string of four of the most exciting days on the sports calendar. The Round of 64 will take place on Thursday and Friday with the winners of those games playing in the Round of 32 on Saturday and Sunday.
Ninth-seeded Creighton and eighth-seeded Louisville will begin the day, with tip-off at 12:15 p.m. ET. The winner of that matchup will likely take on No. 1 overall seed Auburn, who plays 16th-seeded Alabama State fresh off its thrilling play-in win on Tuesday.
Houston is the other No. 1 seed that's in action on Thursday. Tennessee, Wisconsin, Texas Tech, Purdue and Michigan are among some of the top-seeded teams playing throughout the day.
One of the most anticipated games of the Round of 64 will take place in the night slate of games when seventh-seeded Kansas and 10th-seeded Arkansas go head-to-head. The winner of that game will likely take on second-seeded St. John's on Saturday
