I had a CT heart scan on Saturday. I'm 46 years old. I exercise regularly I still need to lose 40 some more pounds. You're supposed to get a hundred or less on the test but I got 103 so I'm at a little higher risk.

I think I can see easy ways to modify these recipes. Skip all of these carbs. Enhance the proteins.
