A 64-year-old woman jumped out of the third-floor window of a Queens apartment to escape her knife-wielding son on Friday night, police and sources said.

The woman was found conscious and alert outside the apartment on Shore Boulevard near 20th Road in Astoria at around 9:15 p.m., the NYPD said.

She was taken to Elmhurst Hospital and is listed in stable condition, cops said.

Sources said woman’s son was menacing her with a knife so she jumped out the window.

When police arrived, they believed the son had barricaded himself inside the apartment, according to the sources.

But cops busted into the apartment hours later and found it empty.

No arrests have been made.

The son has more than 30 prior arrests, sources said.
