The footage shows bacon sizzling before cooks add the egg mixture, herbs and seasoning. They stir the omelette with long tools, slice loaves of bread and serve portions to residents and tourists.

Organisers said 7,200 eggs went into the dish. The festival celebrated its 30th edition in 2026, continuing a local tradition that began in 1996.
