They’ve skipped the warm up and are going straight to heavy lift.
Alex Rodriguez and his new fitness trainer girlfriend, Meghan Hayden, are already living together, a source tells Page Six.
We hear the pair — who were first spotted at at Michael Rubin’s star-studded white party bash in the Hamptons at the beginning of July — have rented a house out East together for the summer.
The romance appears to be moving at a full sprint.
The former Yankee’s new relationship comes after his split from longtime girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro. They had dated for three years before quietly calling it quits around March.
“Alex and I are currently taking some time apart, but there continues to be mutual love, care and deep respect between us and for our families,” Corderio, also a bodybuilder, told TMZ in May. “We remain supportive of one another, and there is absolutely no animosity, drama or negative story here.”
Cordeiro added that she was also “navigating a serious health matter involving a family member at this time.”
A-Rod and Hayden have been spotted around the Hamptons several times over the last month, hanging out at Bounce Beach in Montauk and walking around Sag Harbor.
Hayden taught a workout class at Surf Lodge in Montauk this weekend hosted by the new fitness-based dating app ATeam. The former Division 1 athlete is also an investor and member of the founding committee of the app, which is holding classes at the hotspot all season.
While Sailor Brinkley Cook, Jenne Lombardo and a number of influencers made the class, sadly A-Rod was missing.
Page Six was the first to reveal that A-Rod is dating Hayden.
A rep for A-Rod and Hayden did not respond to request for comment.
