Getting rid of the trannies and woke crap will cause a surge in enlistments from NORMALS. The 45,000 recruitment shortfall will disappear within two years. Going back to “don’t ask don’t tell” would boost recruitment of NORMALS, too. Do that together with ending “Hate whitey” + ridding trannies + ending woke crap would see enlistment soar.

They are looking at the numbers the same way they look at tax revenues — i.e., there is no behavioral change. The leftists think if they TRIPLE tax rates that tax collections will also triple. But collections would plummet as people exit the workforce and find underground, off-the-books work.

The same is true for military strength. The leftists are not taking account of the huge moral boost that would accrue from a return to NORMALCY and an end to sanctioned perversions. I’d wager that the loss of 15,000 weirdos would be offset by an increase in enlistments four times that within a couple years.

As of September 2023, reported active-duty troops included:

453,551 in the Army
332,322 in the Navy
318,698 in the Air Force
172,577 in the Marine Corps
8,879 in the Space Force.

I imagine that recruiting might be a bit easier in the future, too.

Oh, and that's 29 (as in, almost two and a half dozen), not 29,000...

15000 trannies booted out will improve the readiness of the military. Trannies are fragile and spend a lot of time under medical care. They are not deployable. Same with flagrant homosexuals. We need what is probably not possible to attain now i.e. an all male universal draft that is separate from the active military. Unless War! happens soon the draft obligation should be 6 months of intensive training followed by 6 months that the draftees may not enlist. Then we will have a population of young men who no longer fear the unknown and when Uncle Sam calls, plenty of young men will likely enlist. The frantic opposition to the draft was because so many had deferments for one thing or another and and the rest feared that while they were in uniform for that traditional 2 years those Deferred would get the jump on them for careers and jobs. And most feared that with which they were unfamiliar.

There are currently 2,079,142 members of the military.

The current percentage of the population that identifies as “transgender” is .5%, or .005.

This would result in an estimate of 10,395 if the “averages” are applied. 15,000 sounds high, but if the government was paying for the surgery and medications…those who were transitioning may have self selected into the Military.

But, over estimating it by 50% seems a little “excessive.”

My take is that mentally healthy people are avoiding enlistment precisely because the services have become a politically correct minefield, embracing with open arms the most disruptive and self-centered individuals ever allowed to flourish in any civilization. The Armed Forces will function much better without them.

Mostly snicker. Actually enemies may never get to fight against the trannies when we do have some more combat adventures as most will be in medical treatment.
