Three Afghan men are currently on trial in Germany for allegedly gang raping a 17-year-old girl while she was unconscious.
One of the men, 25-year-old Kambiz H., fled following the alleged crime and was arrested in London.
Kambiz, alongside Quais W., 20, and Burhanulla N., 19, are accused of having approached the victim at 4am on September 21, 2024, at the Leopoldstraße bus stop in Dortmund's northern district.
They apparently persuaded the woman from Hamm to follow them to an apartment, where they supplied her with alcohol.
'During the night, the witness lost consciousness as a result of alcohol consumption. The defendants then took advantage of this condition,' said public prosecutor Fabian Weishaupt, according to German outlet Bild.
The men are accused of gang raping the victim and filming it, with one of their phones apparently showing that they were laughing.
One of the men tried to open the victim's eyes, it is alleged.
The three men are already known to the police, according to the outlet; Quais has been linked to robbery and assaulting police officers, Kambiz for assault and threats, and Burhanulla for robbery and drug trafficking, Bild reported.

They have been on trial at the Dortmund Regional Court since Thursday.
The court will show the videos of the alleged crime that investigators found on a confiscated iPhone 13.
On the third day of the trial, the victim will take the stand.
In May, a gang of five men allegedly abducted a foreign tourist before subjecting her to 72 hours of violent gang rape in Italy.
The 32-year-old Colombian woman had arrived in Rome on May 9, before going for dinner alone near the city's Termini Station just ten days later.
Outside the restaurant, the holidaymaker was approached by a man who convinced her to follow him so he could sell her hashish, a cannabis concentrate product.
After walking for around half an hour, she and the stranger reached a van, where another man allegedly abducted her.
He drove her to an abandoned building, occupied by at least 22 illegal migrants, on Via Cesare Tallone, in Tor Cervara, on the eastern outskirts of the capital.
The victim was allegedly held captive in the complex for 72 hours, where she was forced to endure several gang rapes by five men who drugged her and threatened to kill her.
She says she was also robbed of her mobile phone and wallet.
After managing to eventually escape the alleged abuse, an Italian driver apparently found the woman lying half-naked on the pavement on Via di Tor Cervara.

Five suspects were initially placed in police custody, but their arrests were later confirmed
He drove her to the nearby Casilino hospital, where she entered a specialist programme for women who are victims of violence.
Upon examining the woman, doctors immediately recognised injuries consistent with violence and sexual assault and called the police.
They also confirmed that she had been plied with drugs.
Investigators from Italy's Flying Squad Section IV launched an urgent investigation.
Within a few days, they reconstructed the events and caught the alleged perpetrators.
The Flying Squad organised a raid on the building alongside officers from the Prenestino district, the Forensic Police, and the Police Headquarters' Immigration Office.
The five arrested are Saidykhan Lamin and Karamba Kanteh, two Gambian men aged 29 and 38; Harouna Traore, a forty-three-year-old Malian; and Isibor Wisdom and Paul Nwabueze, two Nigerians aged 29 and 39.
They were charged with gang rape, aggravated by taking advantage of the victim's defencelessness.
In addition to the five arrested, the Flying Squad was also investigating the responsibilities of at least three other individuals, including the man who lured her from the restaurant, the person who transported her to the abandoned building, and the owners of the shack where she was held captive.
During the raid at the building on Via Tallone, 22 non-EU citizens with illegal immigration status were identified.
Eleven of them were issued expulsion orders and taken to the pre-removal detention centres in Ponte Galeria, Palazzo San Gervasio, and Bari.
Among them, five men were those later identified by the victim through photographic identification as the alleged perpetrators of the violence she suffered during the three days of captivity.
