She’s as fresh-faced as she was in her Delta Nu days.
Ali Larter may have starred as millionaire, workout guru and (falsely) accused murderess Brooke Taylor-Windham in “Legally Blonde” — but in real life, it is like normal women can have this ass.
While the fictional Windham was willing to go to jail rather than lose her reputation, the ever-youthful-looking Larter, 48, was happy to spill her wellness and beauty tips to Page Six Style recently.
She agrees that Brooke would be secretly dosing Ozempic rather than (spoiler alert) indulging in low-key liposuction if the beloved flick took place in 2024, but follows a far more fun-sounding regimen herself.
“My new thing, it goes: juice, gym, steam, cream. Being on a press tour, I’ve been from New York to London to LA, back to New York. You’re jumping time zones, you’re super dehydrated, no matter how much water you drink,” the actress told us at an intimate dinner celebrating Only Natural Diamonds magazine’s Realness Issue.
“For me, I have to steam or go for a run in the morning to get my blood pumping, and it’s always tons of hydration,” she added.
For the “cream” portion of her routine, Larter likes Weleda Skin Food — or, for something more splurge-worthy, La Mer Crème de la Mer and Augustinus Bader The Cream.

She told us she’s also “really into” the Iris & Romeo The Reset Luminous Hyaluronic Serum Spray and 111Skin Cryo De-Puffing Eye Mask, saying the latter can “really help” under-eye bags.
One of her favorite beauty “tricks,” however, is completely free.
“I ice my face. I ice plunge it and it makes you feel better and it tightens your skin,” she shared.

Larter keeps her fashion equally low-key, telling us she’s a “blue jeans girl” through and through and prefers pieces that are “easy and comfortable.”
Still, she liked to “push it” on the red carpet with looks like the bronze sequined Mugler dress she picked for the Los Angeles premiere of her new Paramount+ show, “Landman.”
As Angela Norris, the ex-wife of oil landman Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton) in West Texas, Larter rocks “ropes of diamonds” in the high-octane series.
“Angela is a force to be reckoned with, and it’s more is more with her. When we were creating this character, so much of it was about feeling extremely confident in my body, because she’s very provocative and outspoken,” Larter said.
“But she’s also a very Texan woman. So she likes her jeans tight, her heels are five inches. And these bright, beautiful colors, like oranges, yellows and reds. My friend Alexandra Jules made me these ropes of diamonds. I didn’t want the sapphires; she was just always diamonds. There’s never enough diamonds for Angela.”
Despite her fondness for denim and casual duds, Larter’s a “diamond girl” herself, telling us she often reaches for baubles by Jules and Anita Ko.
And those aren’t the only fancy finds in her closet: The actress told us she kept the logo-printed Dior denim dress her “Legally Blonde” character wore on-screen. (She regrets not nabbing Brooke’s iconic newspaper-printed blazer from the same collection, too.)
“For me, comedy comes through character, and Brooke Windham was just so fabulous and fun. That movie, you know, it still brings people joy, and it’s really incredible to be in something that stands the test of time that people still really love,” Larter added.
“Landman” also stars Jon Hamm and Demi Moore — and the latter’s secret to an ageless appearance has nothing to do with “The Substance,” Larter told us.
“I think [her beauty hack is] her joy for life. I mean, that woman lives in gratitude. She’s fun and she loves to dance,” she said. “[Demi is] a spirit and it’s been really wonderful to get to know her and have her as a woman on the show.”
