The viewing areas for the New York Knicks championship parade were all filled by 7:30 a.m., hours before the parade is due to start.
“All viewing pens are full. No one else will be allowed in the viewing area,” the NYPD announced just before 7:30 a.m. — long before the parade is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
