AMERICA PRAYER VIGIL - September 25, 2024 [PRAYER]

Show me the right path, O LORD; point out the road for me to follow. Lead me by Your truth and teach me, for You are the GOD Who saves me. All day long I put my hope in You.

Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and unfailing love, which You have shown from long ages past. Do not remember the rebellious sins of my youth. Remember me in the light of Your unfailing love, for You are merciful, O LORD.

The LORD is good and does what is right; He shows the proper path to those who go astray. He leads the humble in doing right, teaching them His way. The LORD leads with unfailing love and faithfulness all who keep His covenant and obey His demands. (Psalm 25:1-10)

FATHER GOD,

Praise GOD! You are our solid Rock, our Fortress, our Rescuer, our Shield, our salvation’s strength, and our place of safety (Psalm 18:2). You are our everything. You made it easy for us to follow You. All we must do is believe and obey.

We give our lives to You. We can never be defeated or disgraced if we trust in You! You give the victory!

As we look back at our rebellious lives, we are amazed how You loved us so much that You gave Your only Son JESUS CHRIST to die for our sins. In Your mercy and grace, You made a way for us to be forgiven and begin anew. You don’t even remember the things we did or failed to do. Your unfailing love and faithfulness are beyond comprehension!

Teach us to be merciful to others for Your WORD says:

• Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. (Matthew 5:7)
• Judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment. (James 2:13)
• Shouldn’t you have mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had mercy on you? (Matthew 18:33)
• Be merciful, even as your FATHER is merciful. (Luke 6:36)
• He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. (Micah 6:8)
• Bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the LORD has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. (Colossians 3:13)

Grant us the capacity to not hate doers of iniquity but love and pray for them. Help us to be strong in the LORD and in His mighty power and put on all of GOD’s armor so that we will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. Remind us that we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:10-12)

LORD, You are good and do what is right. You show the proper path to those who go astray. You lead the humble in doing right, teaching them His way.

May we keep Your covenant and obey Your demands so You will lead us with Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

May President Trump, J.D. Vance, and every candidate who fears Your name experience Your love, rest and peace, and know Your blessings, provision, and protection. Give them favor. May Christians vote according to Your laws and edicts.

Thank You for exposing the dark side of Hollywood. Emotionally heal and vindicate every child, man, and woman who were taken advantage of, abused and sexually molested by those who were supposed to protect them. Bring these perpetrators to justice. Place mighty angels around the whistleblowers to keep them from harm.

Protect the Floridians from the approaching hurricane and everyone in its path as it travels inward.

In JESUS’ Name we pray. AMEN.
