Controversial Dolton, Illinois mayor Tiffany Henyard is entrenched in chaos yet again as she and her boyfriend are reportedly being evicted from their home.

An eviction notice was filed against Henyard and her boyfriend, Kamal Woods, in Cook County Court. They are said to owe over $3,300 in rent payments for their home on the 14600 block of South Harvard.

The document also alleges that Henyard, 41, has refused to have the property inspected.

The mayor's attorney told FOX32 that this information is untrue and that the couple has no outstanding rent payments.

This controversy comes after Henyard threw an $85,000 party for her town earlier this month even though she has been cut off from spending by the state for sinking her town into debt.

The event cost about $50,000 in taxpayers' money to cover performances and more than $35,000 on activities, equipment and staff.

In August, the Illinois State Comptroller cut off funding to Dolton after Henyard failed to hand over finance reports for the use of about $135,000.

Susana Mendoza, the comptroller, threatened to fine the town $78,600 if Henyard does not turn over the reports.

Mendoza said in a statement: 'When municipalities around Illinois are having legitimate problems filing their annual reports with us, based on staffing or other issues, we earnestly work with them to get them into compliance.

'Dolton is different. The Mayor’s office has refused to communicate with us or address the problem.'

The self-proclaimed 'Super Mayor' has a history of absurd spending habits that involve the misuse of the town's funding - plunging the small town $5million in debt. The democrat was elected in 2021 and is Dolton's first female mayor.

She once billed the city $7,650 for her hair and makeup team over the course of two months. She listed the expense as an 'assistant' cost.

The glamorous mayor has also been accused of using tax money to fund first-class flights and trips to Portland, Austin, Atlanta and New York City.

Dolton residents have demanded she resign after accusations of embezzlement of over $2million and retaliation against a victim of sexual assault.

A former employee alleged the mayor fired her after she said she was sexually assaulted at a work trip in Las Vegas.

Henyard, who makes $300,000 annually, proposed a law in January that would cap the next mayor's salary at $25,000 per year. Many believe that this was an attempt to sway anyone from running against her 2025.

Her salary was called into question by critics at a public meeting in February. Henyard was quick to defend herself.

She responded: 'You all should be ashamed of yourselves because you all are black. You all are black! And you all sitting up here beating and attacking a black woman that's in power.'

Henyard and Woods smiled at a stadium. The embattled mayor has been accused for several scandalous activities, including misuse of city funds and tax money and retaliation

Former assistant Stephanie Wiedeman publicly slammed Henyard, dubbing her as 'narcissistic' and 'very self-serving'. She also filed a lawsuit against the mayor for wrongfully firing her.

Wiedeman told Fox: 'She shattered everything - we had a well-oiled machine, the township services were self-running because the people there knew what they were doing.'

Henyard's activities have been investigated by the FBI. This came about after her charity, 'Tiffany Henyard Cares', was shutdown because of alleged financial corruption.

She was even accused of shutting down businesses that refused to donate to the charity.

One business owner, Lawrence Gardner, said Henyard forced his trucking business to close after he refused to renew his $3,500 donation to her charity.

He said: 'I made the payment, then every year she started coming and required the same thing, and we had a problem about that.'

The police were allegedly involved in these closures. Trustee Kiana Belcher claimed that former Police Chief Robert Collins admitted to being told by the mayor to target certain individuals.
