A dedicated player has mashed up Animal Crossing and the world of Severance by creating Lumon and Helly R in-game.
Severance is one of the hottest shows around right now, becoming Apple TV’s most-watched series as millions tune in each week to see what happens to the innies and outies next. After Season 1 established it as something of a cult hit, Season 2 has seen its influence in popular culture grow.
The internet has been buzzing with theories about Mark, Gemma, and Lumon, but some fans are taking their love of the show one step further by recreating it in games, like this player in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

TikTok user ‘angeleisbored’ shared a clip of their work, showing that they’d managed to build the shiny white Macrodata Refinement office where Mark, Irving, and the rest of the team do their “important and mysterious” work.
This includes the segregated cubicles with individual computers, where you can see a rough outline of the numbers that each employee has to sort through. Meanwhile, the outside of their island has been covered in snow inspired by the Outdoor Retreat and Team Building Occurrence (ORTBO) in S2 E4.
There’s also a brief shot of the office used by Harmony Cobel during Season 1, before being occupied by Seth Milchick in the second series.
It’s not just the player’s house that’s been given a Severance makeover, though. Even their character is dressed like the innie Helly R, complete with her signature red hair and blue work clothes, and Mark S and Cobel can also be spotted on the island.
If all that isn’t enough, they even rigged up some lights so that Helly can dance just like the team does during their “Music Dance Experience.” This is one of the most memorable scenes in the show to date, where the MDR crew are treated to a musical reward for their hard work, before Dylan’s innie eventually snaps and attacks Milcheck.
This is just another example of the endless freedom in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, as players are able to recreate locations and scenes from other media that feel a world away from its cozy island, all with a surprising amount of accuracy.
Hopefully, we see even more AC x Lumon crossovers once Severance Season 3 rolls around.
