LOS ANGELES, CA — Singer-actress Ariana Grande was excited to make some extra money this fall as she landed the role of a lifetime as a Halloween yard skeleton, sources confirmed.
The popular entertainer was spotted posing as a yard skeleton on the lawn of a home in Leimert Park, having apparently been recruited for her skeletal appearance.
"She may not be very tall, but she's twice as thin and a lot scarier," said homeowner Kent Preston, who reportedly recruited Grande through Craigslist. "And she's interactive!"
"Boo!" Grande said, seemingly coming to life in front of a group of small children. The children scattered with shouts of "Every man for himself!" and "I can see her ribs!"
According to Grande, this is her first time serving as a yard skeleton. "It's been a dream come true," she said. "Oh, how I love to show off my bones!"
Medical professionals called on the public to stop hiring Grande as their yard skeleton, thereby enabling her dangerously thin physique. What she needs, they said, is a cheeseburger.
"Ariana Grande is ill, and we are kindly asking people to stop going up to her and playing her ribcage like a xylophone," said Dr. Geena Villareal. "No matter how fun it may be."
At publishing time, Preston's house had won a neighborhood award for best decorated house in part thanks to the use of Ariana Grande as the most lifelike and terrifying skeleton anyone had ever seen.
