Asda has launched a new £6 Festive King Kebab designed specifically for the 'Betwixmas' period between Christmas and New Year.
The succulent pork kebab, which serves four people, comes with a sage, shallot and apple sauce, offering a fresh alternative to traditional turkey sandwiches during the post-Christmas period.
The launch comes as Brits increasingly embrace unconventional Christmas leftover combinations, with social media trends showing creative approaches to festive dining.
Taking inspiration from festive markets across the UK, Asda suggests serving the kebab wrapped in a giant Yorkshire pudding.

The idea taps into a viral food trend that saw one Yorkshire pudding wrap from Manchester Christmas market gain over 372,000 likes on TikTok.
The kebab requires minimal preparation, needing only to be placed in the oven before adding the sauce and heating for a few additional minutes.
Customers can enhance the dish by adding leftover vegetables from their Christmas dinner for extra flavour.
To complement the kebab, Asda has introduced a range of accompanying products, including their first-to-market Roast Potato Mayo, priced at £1.10.
The sauce has already generated social media buzz, with customers suggesting uses from Christmas dinner leftover sandwiches to potato salad.
For the full festive experience, shoppers can purchase Asda's Giant Yorkshire Pudding for £1.50 or opt for exclusive Christmas tree-shaped Yorkshire puddings from The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co. at £2.
Rich Harding, Senior Innovation Chef at Asda, said: "With so many Brits embracing wacky hybrid food combinations at Betwixmas, we wanted to innovate a product that would work perfectly during that in between period."

The Festive King Kebab is available now both online and in Asda stores nationwide.
The retailer recently introduced a luxurious £10 Exceptional Bone In Beef Pie this Christmas, featuring premium Aberdeen Angus beef and bone marrow as its star ingredients.
The festive centrepiece, which hits stores on December 17, showcases slow-cooked beef and a real beef shin bone nestled in its centre.
