As part of the petition in which the High Court was asked to order the dismissal of National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir due to his interference in the independence of the police, the Attorney-General's Office requested a 45-day extension to submit the state's position on Wednesday.
The request comes despite the court ordering the Attorney-General's Office not to request additional extensions.
