The IDF has blockaded the evacuees in the Leahia area in northern Gaza, Hezbollah-affiliated Al Mayadeen news outlet reported on Tuesday morning.
According to the report, the IDF distributed flyers in the region calling on residents near the "Kamal Adwan" Hospital in the city to head towards the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
