And it's clear that despite no longer having Affleck's help to foot half the home's cost, she doesn't plan on downsizing her opulent lifestyle by much.
All three of the properties she checked out come with sprawling backyards, large pools and more rooms than she'll know what to do with.
The first mansion had a massive driveway loop in the front, allowing Jennifer and her guests to park all of their cars.
There is also a secret back entrance and exit.
Solar panels are installed all over the orange tile roof and the entire property is meticulously landscaped to create a resort-like feel.
The massive in-ground pool is surrounded by a deck made of stunning tiles with grass grout.
There are also two covered lounge areas and a nearby garden with a footpath.
For maximum privacy, towering hedges surrounded the property, which is situated on a desirable corner lot.

The final stop on Lopez's home tour was a smaller, more modern property with a pool
Next, Lopez toured another ultra private Beverly Hills mansion that has a shaded swimming pool, spa and a tennis court in the backyard.
There is also decent sized guest house on the property.
Tall trees located at the front would help JLo block any unwanted attention from the street.
The entrance/driveway is secured by a tall wrought iron gate.
Lastly, Lopez checked out a smaller, more modern mansion with plenty of green space in the backyard and a pool surrounded with a brick deck.
The home is situated between two large homes with a roundabout located behind it.
While Lopez has yet to decide on where she'll live next, Affleck moved into a $20million house in Brentwood in September.
The home is located a short distance away from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, with whom he shares three kids.

Affleck and Lopez, who are currently working on mediating their divorce with lawyer Laura Wasser, had received and accepted a $64 million offer from a couple from New Jersey, per TMZ.
However the couple who were buying the property pulled out of escrow in September, which means that something went wrong with the sale of the property or some other aspect of the transaction.
Once this happens, the property is no longer under contract and can be relisted for sale.
The buyers were said to have fallen 'in love' with their 38,000-square-foot mansion, which the former couple listed on Zillow for a staggering $68 million in July.
Despite backing out of an escrow, the TMZ insider claimed that the New Jersey couple were 'still interested in the property’ but the house is still on market as of December 5.

A source previously told PEOPLE that Affleck and Lopez were not on the same page when they purchased the property in 2023.
'The $68 million mansion was Ben's idea and a major compromise for her,' a source told the outlet.
'She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances,' the insider added, noting how the layout was ideal for accommodating Ben's children —Violet, 18; Finn, 15; and Samuel, 12 — and JLo's 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme.
According to the outlet's source, the ultra-modern aesthetic of the mansion, didn't exactly align with the style of the Jenny From The Block singer.
'She loves the romantic, Spanish, European vibe,' they said.
However, once they settled in, Affleck wasn't particularly excited about the place either.
The source claimed Affleck found it inconvenient and time-consuming to deal with traffic from the house, as his life and children are based in Brentwood, and he never liked the location.
