Beyoncé channelled her inner Pamela Anderson as she modelled some of the actress' most iconic looks from her career for Halloween

In an image carousel posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the singer, 43, bore a striking resemblance to Pamela, 57, as she slipped into the star's iconic red Baywatch swimsuit and Barb Wire look.

Donning a platinum blonde wig and thin eyebrows, Beyoncé was in her element as she posed in her 'Beywatch' high rise swimsuit which showcased plenty of sideboob.

To complete her role as a lifeguard Beyoncé wore a red whistle around her neck and carried a buoyancy aid.

The songstress also recreated Pamela's 1996 Barb Wire costume as she went braless in a plunging bustier and wore sheer evening gloves.

Beyoncé posed for Pamela's motorbike scene and also created her own film advertisement poster.

The iconic film followed a 'sexy nightclub owner, Barb Wire (Pamela) moonlights as a mercenary in Steel Harbor, one of the last free zones in the now fascist United States.

'When scientist Cora Devonshire (Victoria Rowell) wanders into Barb's establishment, she gets roped into a top-secret government plot involving biological weapons,' per an official description.

Barb Wire was one of Pamela's first leading roles and despite being critically panned the film has achieved cult status.

The movie was based on the Dark Horse comic of the same name and also starred Temuera Morrison, Victoria Rowell, Xander Berkeley and Udo Kier.

Despite being released in 1996 the film was set 11 years in the future where Pamela's character owns a bar called Hammerhead, which is in the 'last free city' in the U.S, which has been plagued by war.

A former lover walks into the bar on the hunt for a fugitive and before long Barb is pulled into the whole ordeal.

The superstar took to Instagram on Friday with her second look from spooky season, after previously dressing up as Betty Davis.

She channelled both the late Purple Rain hitmaker and his protégée turned lover, Mexican model Patricia 'Apollonia' Kotero.

While roleplaying Apollonia, the Single Ladies hitmaker sizzled in a plunging black lace bustier under an open tuxedo jacket, before taking it off and posing in nothing but metallic purple gloves.

Meanwhile her version of Prince consisted of a purple coat with a white frilly shirt, black lace underwear, and a matching purple guitar.
