Bhad Bhabie is giving her first health update since suggesting she has cancer.
The 21-year-old — whose real name is Danielle Bregoli — told a Daily Mail paparazzo outside of Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday that she was “not prepared” for the run-in but is otherwise doing “OK.”
Bhabie — who was wearing a blue velvet sweatsuit — was making her way into the terminal when the pap spotted her.
The rapper accessorized her casual look with fuzzy black slides, a thick white headband and a large tote slung over her shoulder.
She carried her phone in one hand and a jacket in the other as her nanny pushed her 8-month-old daughter, Kali Love — whom she shares with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Le Vaughn — in a stroller.
Meanwhile, airline reps loaded up a luggage cart.
Vaughn — whom Bhabie accused of physical abuse in July — was not present; however, he was seen with the OnlyFans creator two days prior.
The couple was photographed walking back to their car after leaving sushi spot SugarFish in Calabasas on Friday.
Bhabie looked frail in a skintight all-black outfit, which she paired with the aforementioned fuzzy slides, a quilted white purse and a beanie with the words “Pretty Hustler” emblazoned across.
Earlier this month, the influencer addressed concern over her shrinking frame by explaining via her Instagram Story, “I’m Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. Im slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives.”
A family source went on to tell TMZ that Bhabie does, in fact, have cancer and is being treated by doctors. Details on the type and stage of disease are still unclear.
The following day, her mother, Barbara Bregoli, slammed those speculating that the infamous “Dr. Phil” personality was lying about her condition.
“How dare you? You little vile piece[s] of s–t [to] say my daughter would lie about something like that,” the “heated” matriarch said in an Instagram video.
Bregoli then revealed she has had cancer “twice” to help prove that her daughter was being honest.
