Communications staff at the University of North Carolina are being asked to include Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson on any emails to the Tar Heels head football coach, according to a local reporter.
Matt Hartman, who covers higher education for The Assembly, shared an email purportedly sent from Belichick’s account to Robbi Pickeral Evans, who handles strategic communications for the athletic department.
‘Robbi,’ the email begins. ‘Thank you for the e-mail. I am including Jordon on this email so she can also keep up with our postings. Can you include her on anything you send to me? Thank you.’
The message’s author signed off: ‘BB.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to Evans and other football communications staffers for comment.
Although Belichick’s romance with the former cheerleader is anything but conventional, he does have a history of bringing his significant other into his workspace. During his previous relationship with Linda Holliday, Belichick made the now-62-year-old television host the head of his charity.

Earlier this month Belichick worried fans as the 72-year-old appeared to be struggling to walk on his way into a Duke-North Carolina basketball game in Chapel Hill.
Video shared by the Carolina Cockroach TikTok account showed the Tar Heels football coach at times swaying from side to side as Hudson held his hand and walked in front of him.
In the clip, which has since surfaced on X, Belichick can be seen lumbering towards the Dean Smith Center as Hudson holds onto him tightly.
Fans reacted with concern as they questioned the health of the legendary coach.
'Is he ok?' one asked.
'It's like a granddaughter helping her grandfather,' another added.
'Needs to retire,' a third said.
Another called the clip 'sad', while a different social media user had a question about Belichick's dynamic with Hudson.
'Why is she dragging him like that?!,' they wrote.
It's not the first time that Belichick has been caught in a potentially compromising position on the UNC campus, as he appeared to fall asleep while next to Hudson at a basketball game last month.
While the couple is said to have been dating for years, their relationship wasn't made public until last June.
Hudson has sparked engagement rumors regarding the pair after she was captured with a huge ring on her left ring finger by DailyMail.com during Super Bowl week.
After that, an anonymous source told Page Six that the pair 'have definitely discussed marriage.'

The source went on to say that the pair getting married 'isn't out of the question,' before revealing one stipulation a potential marriage between them would have.
'They would definitely get a prenup,' the source said.
The insider added that 'Jordon hasn't put any pressure on Bill at all to propose, and she feels like it will happen when and if the time is right.'
That report came after the couple spent a very public Super Bowl week together in New Orleans, as they were seen at a charity event ahead of the game.
They also attended the NFL Honors ceremony that same night - with the couple's age gap made fun of onstage by Snoop Dogg. Hudson and Belichick were then spotted at popular New Orleans bar Pat O'Brien's after departing the Honors.
Belichick has been settling into his new job as the head coach of UNC, with whom he officially inked a five-year $50million deal in January.
Belichick landed the job roughly after his split from the Patriots after 24 seasons and six Super Bowl titles.
