Blac Chyna has been accused of domestic violence, civil assault and battery in a newly-filed $10 million lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector.

Hector, 27, whose full name is Taiyon Hector, said in legal docs filed Monday in California Superior Court that the 36-year-old reality star hit him while he was sleeping, and verbally abused him frequently in the three years they dated from August of 2020 thru March of 2023.

Hector said in legal docs reviewed by People that Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, threatened to murder him multiple times - and was particularly mercurial after she consumed alcohol.

Hector told the court that the Washington D.C. native - who is mother to 11-year-old son King with Tyga, 34, and seven-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian, 37 - battered him in a 'vicious attack' in September 2021 as he slept.

Hector and Chyna initially crossed paths in August of 2020, he told the court, and he quickly moved in with her, in Woodland Hills, California.

Chyna 'would regularly drink alcohol and use other drugs, to excess,' Hector said in legal docs, which led to her behaving in a 'physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive' manner, adding that the outbursts would come 'for no apparent reason.'

Hector told the court that he 'would always do his best to avoid the blows' when Chyna was hitting him, and would try to restrain her.

When she was sober afterwards, Chyna would either not remember the incidents or say she was sorry for them - without a measure of 'sincere remorse' - Hector said in legal docs.

Hector said that he suggested to her to 'seek medical and/or psychological treatment for her propensity for violence,' but she declined, and demanded he abide 'by her every instruction or demand.'

Hector told the court that in the incident in which he pummeled him while he slept, she threw a series of 'multiple closed-fisted punches, elbow blows, and knee kicks to his body and face.'

Hector said in legal docs that 'without warning,' he found himself bleeding profusely and 'virtually blinded by the blows to his eyes.'

Hector said in legal docs that when Chyna realized how bad she had hurt him physically, she called her doctor to make a house call and render first aid to him.

He said the doctor recommended he see multiple specialists - including a plastic surgeon, neurologist, ophthalmological surgeon and psychiatrist - to treat his injuries.

Chyna 'has had violence and anger issues resulting from her abuse of alcohol for many years, and that the primary victims of such violence and abuse are the partners with whom she is in intimate relationships,' Hector told the court.

Hector said in legal docs that he's dealt with PTSD, headaches and insomnia as result of the abuse he says Chyna inflicted on him. He told the court that physical injuries he incurred while they dated included a broken nose, nerve damage, whiplash, facial cuts and a scar.

He said in legal docs that he hopes the suit will persuade Chyna 'to get help' and show that her celebrity status does not make her 'above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence.'

Hector told the court he 'sincerely hopes that [Chyna's] damaging acts or omissions as alleged in this complaint never occur, to anyone, ever again.'

The lawyer representing Hector, Kirk Edward Schenck, told TMZ that 'it is a shocking experience for any man to go through - being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence context and knowing they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being mislabeled (falsely) the de facto aggressor.

'Every day in America men suffer what are often brutal injuries, but many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights. Our client is willing to stand up and seek protection under California's Domestic Violence Protection Act - which applies to all genders. He hopes other non-female victims of domestic violent crime will feel free to do the same.'

The younger brother of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian testified in an April 2022 court hearing that during their relationship in 2016, she struck him with a metal rod, tried to choke him with an iPhone cord and aimed an unloaded gun in his direction.

Kardashian said that Chyna had 'tried to kill' him amid their 'toxic relationship.'

'They always say don't go looking for love, let love find you,' Chyna told People last fall. 'In… this case love found us. I know that might sound cliché, but hey, it be like that sometimes.'

Earlier this month, Chyna took to Instagram with multiple posts declaring she had been sober for two years.

'Thank you to everyone who joined me in this special moment,' Chyna said September 14. 'Your support means the world to me. God has truly blessed me with grace, and I will cherish this journey forever.'
