Treyarch is finally providing compensation for players impacted by cheating, but it only applies to Black Ops 6 Ranked Play.
BO6 Season 3 is exciting for competitive CoD fans. Treyarch announced that Rewind and Dealership have replaced Vault and Skyline in Search and Destroy. This change immediately applies to Black Ops 6 Ranked Play.
In addition, the seasonal update introduces three new maps, including a Firing Range remake. Several memorable Modern Warfare 2019 weapons are also returning, like the CR-56 AMAX, Kilo 141 and HDR.
Based on previous seasons, we expect Treyarch to test the new Season 3 weapons and maps in Ranked Play to see if players want them added permanently. To cap it all off, BO6 players no longer need to worry as much about matches getting ruined by cheaters.
Warzone players miss out on all the fun

CharlieIntel reported, “Starting with Black Ops 6 Season 3 MP Ranked Play, Activision says that if you play against a cheater and lose the match, once the cheater is detected and banned, they will grant players who lost the match their SR back.”
This is a massive change because Skill Rating decides which Ranked Play division you are in and directly impacts what rewards you receive at the end of a season. For example, getting Irridicent rewards is much better than Gold, but cheaters could have previously gotten in the way of you reaching there.
The measures go one step further and remove SR from users who play with cheaters. As a result, we expect far fewer cheaters in the Top 250 to have as much SR as they did before, and others will be in more accurate positions.
However, this change only applies to BO6 Ranked Play. It’s unclear if Raven Software plans to add it to Warzone Ranked Play when the game mode launches in Season 3 Reloaded, but for now, only BO6 players will reap the rewards.
