Black Ops 6 players are desperate for a small tweak to one of their favorite modes in multiplayer as it clashes with a similar mode.

Everyone has their favorite modes in Call of Duty’s multiplayer. Some players just want to grind Search and Destroy, others would rather play Hardpoint, and others want to enjoy things in party modes like Gun Game or Sticks and Stones.

The Call of Duty devs have been accommodating everyone in Black Ops 6, releasing a number of party modes and different playlist every week or so to keep things ticking over and feeling fresh.

Their willingness to make changes has not gone unnoticed by fans, especially as they’ve made calls for tweaks that they believe the devs should make.

COD fans want small maps playlist changed

That is the case again when it comes to playlists for small maps, as many players are tired of playing face-off maps in there, especially when those maps have their own specific playlists anyway.

“Remove the face off maps from small map Playlist. We don’t need 2 or 3 face off Playlists. Small map Playlist should be the small 6V6 maps, no faceoff maps in it,” Redditor slayer-x said. “Small map moshpit should be the small 6v6 maps like nuketown, Babylon, subsonic, payback.”

Other fans quickly agreed with their call. “I want a standard 6v6 small map moshpit without the face off maps,” one said.

“Small map mosh pit is basically just face off mosh pit. Nobody votes the 6v6 maps it’s infuriating,” another added. “I’m so tired of this game being so heavy on the tiny maps for 6v6,” posted another.

Black Ops 6 Season 3 has promised plenty of big changes for COD, including the return of Verdasnk in Warzone.

When it comes to multiplayer, the devs have confirmed a few fresh maps will be added to the mix, including Firing Range. The iconic Black Ops map will have it’s own 24/7 playlist.

However, there is no mention of the small maps change that players are after. So, those calls will have to go on.
