A 2-year-old boy plunged from a third-story building in Forest Hills, Queens, on Thursday afternoon — and miraculously survived, according to police.
Cops responded to a 911 call at 102-10 Queens Boulevard shortly before 2:30 p.m. and found the unidentified toddler on the ground with minor injuries, according to the NYPD.
The boy was taken to Cohen Children’s Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition.
“All the injuries appear to be minor at this time, pending hospital X-rays, etc.,” a police source told The Post. “No criminality is suspected, appears he simply fell.”
Police said a witness reported that the boy was bleeding from his face.
WABC Eyewitness News reported that there were no window guards at the apartment, and police are investigating.
The incident comes two days after an 8-month-old Bronx girl survived a 15-story fall after the tot and his mom where allegedly pushed off a balcony by the mom’s boyfriend.
Angel Novalty Carrasco-Ramirez was listed in stable condition at Jacobi Hospital after the Tuesday morning incident that killed her mom, 23-year-old Nathaly Ramirez.
Ramirez’s boyfriend, Angel Carrasco, 31, is facing murder and attempted murder charges.
This is a developing story. Please check back for updates.
