“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Nathan Gallagher was arrested on domestic violence charges in Australia last December.
Police officers arrested the reality star on Dec. 27 for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman at an apartment complex in Sydney, according to a police memo obtained by Rolling Stone.
Gallagher was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent and common assault, per the outlet.
Rolling Stone also reported that he was granted conditional bail and it’s unclear how he pleaded to the charges.
Though the woman in the case is is unnamed, his fellow “Below Deck” castmate Gael Cameron — with whom he shares 1-year-old son Kayden with — filed an Apprehended Violence Application against Gallagher, the mag also noted.
An Apprehended Violence Application is meant to legally protect a person from someone who is stalking, harassing, intimidating, or threatening them with harm, according to the New South Wales court.
A hearing for the case is set for Sept. 1.
Page Six reached out to Bravo for comment, but didn’t receive an immediate response back.
Gallagher and Cameron, who is now 30 but would have been 29 at the time of the alleged incident, first appeared on Season 9 of the “Below Deck” spinoff “Below Deck Mediterranean” as deckhands, and struck up a romance.
Fans of the show noticed that the two no longer follow one another on Instagram, though Gallagher’s romantic posts of Cameron are still up.
His last post about her was in September 2025, when he shared pics of her and wrote, “You in every lifetime ❤️.”
Cameron, meanwhile, frequently posts herself spending time Kayden. On Tuesday, she shared video of them enjoying a tennis event in Sydney.
“Seeing the world through a one-year-old’s eyes hits different,” she wrote, adding that to them “everything’s exciting, everyone’s a friend and nothing is off limits until mum redirects.”
