BREAKING: DIDDY WILL TESTIFY IN CRIMINAL CASE! Has He Flipped?

Sean “Diddy” Combs can’t wait to testify in his upcoming trial, according to his attorney.

On Thursday, September 26, TMZ shared an interesting tidbit from its brand-new documentary The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment. In a new teaser, Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo reveals that his client will take the witness stand during the trial for his criminal case.

“I think he is very eager to tell his story,” Agnifilo says. “I think he will tell every part of his story including what you see on the [Cassie] video. I expect it’s going to be explained by the both of us.”

By taking the stand, Combs will get to defend himself against the various charges against him, however, he’ll also open the door to cross-examination from the State. Prosecutors are prepared to bring up the litany of lawsuits Combs is currently facing as well as the one he settled with his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura. The prosecution might also enter the horrific video of Combs beating up Ventura at a hotel in Los Angeles as evidence. Agnifilo acknowledges the risky move, but claims Combs is the only who can share his story full of love, hurt and heartbreak.

“He has his story and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real-time,” Agnifilo adds.

Combs is currently awaiting trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. As of this report, a trial date has not been confirmed. The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment will air on Tubi on Thursday night. Watch another clip from the documentary below.

If so judge will just say he’s not allowed to talk about anyone else. We’ve seen this before.

Bongino has been saying since the guy went to jail that he will flip quickly. He can’t tolerate his new digs and food after the life of luxury he’s had.

I hear the guy is doing an Epstein on himself. If I recall correctly Epstein was also not eating per reports from the guards to the mediapukes. We all knew what that meant …the guy was going to get sliced. And sure enough he’s 6 feet under right now. Diddy is dead man walking. Expect a report very soon the guy committed suicide.

Many criminal defendants are like this. Being criminals, they have great confidence in their ability to put things over on other people. Rarely though does that work well in court.

I’m guessing that in about a month, Diddy will be swapping stories in Hell with Jeffrey Epstein.

He’s being starved to death.

Gossip is that the lawyer likes to say wild stuff like the Costco lube story and that Diddy had no intention of testifying.
