This means Chris Wray lied in his testimony to Congress.

I’d be surprised if that were all. We have to wonder how many more were feds of one variety or another.

Beings that he has resigned, does that mean he can be still punished for lying to Congress?

I was thinking around 35 when Bongino played the clip of Wray, so I was in the ball park.

I don’t think resigning absolves one of perjury but let a lawyer weigh in on this question.

I’d double that number. Not that I know anything about it, but that’s how “they” operate and lie.

It also means that if they admit to 26 there was at least 260!

The wheels have come off the Obama Machine.
Everyone from Pelosi to Bill Clinton is involved.
This will make Watergate look like J-Walking.

Wray’s entire testimony (stonewalling),
“There’s an ongoing investigation so I cannot comment.”
This is a gigantic scandal and an enormous crime! The FBI tried to incite an insurrection, and also placed the pipe bomber there at the DNC, hoping that President Trump would be blamed. Treason all around.

They have a video of a cop on the capital balcony saying to another cop “we go undercover as antifa in the crowd” on X. If you search this phrase, you’ll find the video.

That’s at least 26 firecrackers to stir things up for the hundreds of others there and get them deeper into the trap.

No, any citizen can be charged with contempt of congress.
Perjury as well.

Perjury is perjury. He swore under oath. If a police officer lies under oath during a trial, resigning does not absolve him or her. Same thing when you lie UNDER OATH to Congress.
