Bravo star Brittany Cartwright has admitted that body-shaming comments from fans 'motivated' her to start using GLP-1s as she flaunted her impressive 20 pound weight loss.
Cartwright, 37, spoke about her body transformation on Instagram while promoting telehealth company Join Fridays on July 21.
GLP-1 medications – originally designed to treat type 2 diabetes and sold under brand names such as Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy – have been widely adopted as blockbuster weight-loss tools.
She posted a video showcasing dramatic before-and-after photos of her weight loss, as she revealed in a voice-over that she had recently dropped two dress sizes.
'I saw all the body shaming comments about me, but instead of pissing me off, they made me motivated,' the mom-of-one said.
She admitted that 'everyone she knew' was taking GLP-1 medication, but that she was nervous that it wouldn't work for her.
After three months of using the fat jabs, however, she said the weight has started to melt off.
'Month four, I feel amazing ... I'm sparkling all over the place and finally starting to feel like myself again,' Cartwright said.

In the comment section, she expanded further, explaining that her recent weight loss followed a 'mommy makeover' procedure she underwent last year.
'For anyone wondering, I’ve lost 20 pounds since my mommy makeover that happened in October. I started with [Join] Fridays long after my surgery, so the weight loss happened afterward,' she wrote.
'[The] mommy makeover boosted my confidence and losing weight has made me feel amazing and so much more confident. They are two different things,' she clarified.
Cartwright had abdominal reconstruction, liposuction, a tummy tuck and a breast lift with smaller implants in a surgery valued around $75k.
She went under the knife in October.
Cartwright's weight loss confession comes just days after her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, was seen cozying up to their longtime publicist, Lori Krebs, in Mexico.
Taylor and Krebs were spotted holding each other while taking a dip in the pool last weekend at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta.
Krebs - who had represented both Taylor and Cartwright for years - was with Taylor in Mexico as part of a group trip celebrating his 47th birthday.

After news broke of their indiscreet display, Cartwright reportedly fired Krebs.
Cartwright later broke her silence on the scandal while interviewing her The Valley co-star Zack Wickham on her podcast, When Reality Hits.
'All I’m going to say about this at this moment is I will be speaking my truth - the truth - on this matter very soon whenever I’m ready,' she said.
'As of right now, I am focusing on me and the most important thing in my life, which is my beautiful son,' said Cartwright, who shares her little boy Cruz, five, with Taylor.
Explaining that she was 'trying to protect my son and my peace,' Cartwright teased that she would elaborate publicly on the controversy 'very soon,' adding: 'I think everybody kind of understands what's going on.'
