I have found the fourth golfer in my three-man scramble team.
LIV golf superstar and reigning U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau recently beat his own golf challenge, hitting a 95-yard pitch shot over his mansion in Texas and making a hole-in-one on his backyard green, in 16 days. On the first day he started the challenge, he got one swing, on the second day, two swings, on the third day, three swings, etc. Even though he’s one of the best in the game, DeChambeau took over two weeks to complete it. A man of the people as he is, the Trump-loving DeChambeau gave a fan the opportunity to win $100,000 if he could sink the hole-in-one within seven hours. That’s a tough ask, considering most golfers will play for their entire lives and never get within a foot of an ace.
But on this fan’s fifth swing, a golf legend was born, and the reaction afterward was priceless.

Get this man a frosty domestic beer, STAT. Hitting a hole-in-one with that kind of pressure — the money on the line, hitting over a beautiful glass house, being in the presence of a world-famous professional — is no small feat. You must have ice in your veins to even hit a clean pitch, let alone sink the ace and come away with the money bag.
This is the kind of player you want on a scramble team. A dialed-in savage who can clearly handle his nerves. Not many people have it in them to play golf well. But to outshine a professional in a challenge he created? Legendary.
