This guy really is too much of a scoundrel.

It is already bad enough that this little, miserable sissy undermines Catholicism at every step. It is a whole different problem when he suddenly invents new categories and definitions that have no place whatsoever in Church history.

Receiving Holy Communion is not a cooperative act. The communicants aren’t playing baseball. They are not carrying a coffin. They receive individually, and they only receive because they have made an individual assessment on whether they are both worthy of receiving, and willing to do so.

The idea that a person who dares to kneel when receiving “disrupts the communal act” or “highlights himself” is straight from Satan’s playbook.

Yeah, let’s take what the Church has always practiced, and rightfully used to signify the reverence due to the extremely important act about to be carried out, and let us stigmatise it with the excuse of a strange, new, “communal” thing that never existed before Vatican II!

If he wasn’t a Cardinal, this guy would deserve to have his miserable ass kicked – of course, as a beautiful, communal act – by the assembled Catholics.

This miserable little scoundrel must hate the Eucharist, and the Church, so much, that nothing is off-limits, not even a public address meant to condemn as virtue-signalling the most natural gesture when in front of the Miracle.

We kneel at the Consecration. People have spontaneously kneeled when in front of a miracle. Men kneel when making a marriage proposal. They kneel when they are knighted. We kneel – or used to – in front of an Emperor of King. Kneeling is the most obvious sign of respect the Western civilisation has, within or without of the Liturgy.

But even if the entire West did not consider kneeling an act of respect, the very fact that the Church has always used it to signify a high degree of devotion should be indication enough that kneeling is to be encouraged, not stigmatised.

Why, why does this man do this? The answer is, again, obvious: he hates Catholicism, and he hates you! His pride clearly guides his actions, and he masks it behind a very teen veneer of fake religiosity.

At no time before V II statements like the ones of this scoundrel would have been considered as anything else than inconceivably evil. Cupich wasn’t born yesterday, and he must know a thing or three about Catholicism. He knows much, much better than this. He truly has no excuses.

Satan is strong with this one, and yours truly allows himself to wonder what other inroads Satan has made inside this man’s dark soul, and whether there aren’t skeletons in the closet that inspire his behaviour in the first place; it being not at all uncommon that these haters of Catholicism have a great problem with being chaste, or straight, or both.

Am I so, so bad for thinking that these guy is so astonishingly bad, and hates the Church so much, because Satan has corrupted his body and mind? Which honest, prayerful, chaste and straight priest starts saying things that are in frontal opposition to what the Church has always believed?

Please do not even think of justifying the guy, or minimising his act, by saying that he has not formally forbidden kneeling for Communion. Heck, if he had done it, you can be sure the number of those who insist on communion would have greatly increased, and the mess that ensues when the first faggopriest denies communion to such a faithful would have been fun to watch! No, the little scoundrel appears to be smarter than that.

What he does he throwing his stone in the pond and watch the ripples, but without running the risk of his act of defiance causing a huge uproar against himself. As far as I am concerned, he is totally wrong, and I would have no issue whatever with Cupich getting a long, deep swim in the Tiber. But I do not represent the generality of Catholics, which is why Catholicism is in the state it is and the Cupichs of the world are made Cardinal and are allowed to hate the Church out loud.

This will change one day, but not in my lifetime. I will die knowing that people like Cupich wear a red hat and use it to undermine Catholicism.

It does not matter. I have sixty generations of Catholics on my side, plus all martyrs and saints.

Keep doing what you’re doing, little scoundrel.

You will – unless you repent – unfailingly pay for everything.
