A Georgia state senator was dramatically pushed to the ground and arrested after he appeared at the state house's chambers, despite being banned.
Senator Colton Moore, who is Republican, was banned from setting foot inside the chamber after making comments about the late House Speaker David Ralston.
On Thursday, during Governor Brian Kemp's State of the State Address, Moore attempted to get inside the chamber.
Footage shows his attempts being rebuffed, as he was shoved to the ground before being arrested.
As he dusts himself down, Moore could be heard telling state troopers and other officials that it was his constitutional right to be inside.
He said: 'I have an obligation to be in that room, I represent 200,000 people in northwest Georgia who duly elected me to be here today.
'Unconstitutional, you have no respect for the constitution. Complete disrespect to the constitution.'
Moore has a brief interaction with a state trooper directly where he is informed he wouldn't be allowed inside, as a group officers place him in cuffs.

"what is this about?"
This is the despicably GOPe flexing their muscles. If Trump does nothing about it or says nothing about it then he is no longer on our side, he has surrendered and taken us a deal.

It’s what our Government does to those who have conservative opinions

He was not shoved to the ground...he got off balance and lost his footing. I’m inclined to think he’s drunk. Maybe not???

He took down a couple of corrupted politicians and had the gall to go after Fani Willis. That’s what got him “barred.”

All those major corporations headquartered in Atlanta run the show for better or worse. They buy Democrats too.
