Charli XCX is curating her own festival lineup, full of her “Brat” collaborators, at London’s new Lido Fest in summer 2025.
Called “Party Girl” — an oft-used phrase on “Brat” and the moniker for the pop star’s DJ sets — the day-long festival on June 14 will feature performances by Bladee, the Japanese House, the Dare, 070 Shake, Kelly Lee Owens, A. G. Cook and, of course, Charli herself. She’s the second headliner to be announced for the brand-new Lido Festival, which will take place in Victoria Park over two weekends with Jamie XX headlining on June 7.
According to a press release, Lido “will feature curated musical lineups alongside community-driven activities during the week, with a strong emphasis on sustainability” and “will showcase the most current headliners and work closely with them on lineups reflecting their musical influence.”
Jamie XX’s lineup includes the producer and DJ’s “In Waves” collaborators Romy, Panda Bear and John Glacier, as well as friends and inspirations like Arca, Sampha, DJ Gigola, Shy One, Wookie and Livwutang.
Charli has had a massive year with the release of her sixth studio album “Brat” to critical and commercial acclaim. It has since become a phenomenon, complete with its own lime-green color palette and vocabulary (“bumpin’ that,” “365 party girl,” “I’m so Julia,” etc.). In addition to new U.S. arena dates set for spring 2025, Charli is also set to play Coachella and will headline Primavera Sound in June alongside fellow “main pop girls” Sabrina Carpenter and Chappell Roan.
More artists for Charli’s lineup will be announced in due time. Tickets go on sale Nov. 29 at Lido Festival’s website.
