Police reportedly arrested “Training Day” actress Charlotte Ayanna for kicking a deputy and spreading cremated human remains in a home.
Law enforcement sources said the alleged incident unfolded after they responded to a call for a welfare check Oct. 8, according to TMZ. An alleged victim told deputies Ayanna threatened his life, battered him, and spread cremated human remains inside a residence.
Authorities claim Ayanna kicked a deputy during the investigation.

Ayanna was arrested on suspicion of criminal threats, elder abuse, battery on a peace officer, and depositing human remains outside of a cemetery, according to TMZ.
Prosecutors filed three misdemeanor counts Monday — battery, elder or dependent adult abuse, and battery on a peace officer.
The actress issued a statement about the alleged incident, telling TMZ, “It was an unfair illegal false arrest.”
“Not only was I never read my rights, including the Miranda rights, but I was never even interviewed to talk to,” she told the outlet.

Details surrounding the alleged incident remain unclear, and authorities have not disclosed the identity of the alleged victim.
Ayanna is being held on $50,000 bail.
