Kansas City Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt has shown off her shredded physique while on a rural wellness retreat this summer.

Gracie, the daughter of billionaire Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, flaunted her ripped figure in a blue bikini for a video about her favorite health hacks.

The 27-year-old is enjoying a summer vacation in what appears to be a country location, although it is unclear where exactly she has headed.

She discussed some of her 'wellness staples' in the video while encouraging her 584,000 followers to comment the word 'HEALTH' to find out more of them.

Hunt recently held a lavish party to ask some of her closest friends to be her bridesmaids following her engagement to now-fiancé Derek Green, the son of former Kansas City quarterback Trent Green.

Among those given the honor include her sister Ava - who will be her maid of honor - and Derek's sister, Janelle Green, who plays volleyball at the University of Toledo.

Another member of the bridal party is Kayla Sharples, a defender for women's soccer team the Kansas City Current - who are co-owned by Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany.

'Looking around this room, I couldn't help but thank God for the way He so intentionally placed each one of these amazing women (& @mr.austinryde) into my life,' Gracie posted to Instagram, thanking her bridesmaids and her makeup artist, Austin Ryde, for attending.

'Through every season, they've loved me, prayed for me, encouraged me, challenged me, and helped shape me into who I am today. I truly would not be the same without them.'

'There is something so special about being surrounded by women who make you feel stronger, wiser, softer, and closer to Jesus just by knowing them.

'My heart is overwhelmingly grateful for each of these friendships and the gift of getting to do life together. Forever thankful for my squad.'

Both Hunt and Green attended Southern Methodist University, with the latter later playing football at Long Island University and for several teams across Europe.

In August last year, Hunt revealed how she had become 'inseparable' from her new boyfriend during the NFL offseason.
