Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice appeared to have sustained a serious injury after colliding with his own quarterback Sunday.
Rice was carted off the field during the first quarter of the Chiefs' game against the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday.
He appeared to have suffered an knee injury after he was hit by Patrick Mahomes as the quarterback attempted to make a tackle after throwing an interception.
The wide out had to be helped off the field before being carted off to the locker room with a towel draped over his head.
He was ruled out of the game by the Chiefs.
