CHILLING footage shows how Vladimir Putin’s typically fidgety hands did not move at all for eight minutes straight during fiery speech.

The war-mongering tyrant shifted and moved during his address to the West - but his hand remained oddly motionless.

Sped-up version of the eight-minute address show him rooted to the desk with the palms of his hands like a statue.

And it has fuelled speculation that the video may be heavily edited amid rumours of Putin's ill health.

The clip was his first public appearance after a mysterious two-week public absence.
