Surveillance video from multiple homes in a peaceful Louisiana neighborhood have caught a creeper peeping through windows, running through backyards and attempting to open doors.

Residents Lake Beau Pre, an area near Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, have been terrorized by the unknown prowler for months now.

So far, their only recourse has been to post videos of the suspect skulking around their properties in the predawn hours.

A neighbor named Hannah shared her experience with local news station WBRZ, hoping to put an end to the harassment.

Hannah, who declined to be identified by her last name or have her face appear on camera, revealed that she's been seeing videos of the creeper since September 2024.

She believes it's one person and not multiple people invading people's property.

The resident pointed to the distinctive way the person walks and the suspect's purple Nike high-top shoes that appear in several of the videos.

The person is often seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie, gloves and some sort of face covering. Sometimes the suspect is shown carrying an object or wearing a backpack in the footage.

The mysterious suspect is seen in the yard of someone's home dressed in all black

In this footage, the person is seen running across someone's driveway

Hannah, pictured on the right, speaks to a WBRZ reporter about having to endure the harassment for months without any end in sight

Hannah said the person's intrusions usually occur between the hours of 3am and 5am.

'I'm terrified. I'm paranoid in the first place, but when it started happening here I was scared to go to bed,' she said.

'Not much has been done about it. Mainly, it's frustrating and scary.'

The community's homeowner association has told residents to lock their doors and report any suspicious activity to police.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the Baton Rouge Police Department for more information.
