Christie: Without Federal Information ‘Drone Vigilantes’ Are Going to ‘Start Taking them Down’

Former Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that given the absence of government information on the drone sightings in New Jersey, individuals will soon become “drone vigilantes” and “they’ll start taking them down.”
Christie said, “I lived in New Jersey my whole life. This is the first time that I’ve noticed drones over my house, and I was in a restaurant in Monmouth County on Friday night. I had people at the bar coming up to me and saying, Governor Murphy won’t tell me anything. The president won’t tell me anything. Do you know? Well, I don’t know, but I will tell you this. I think this is what happens in our society now, George, when because we’re used to having things so rapidly, if you don’t fill that vacuum, then all the conspiracy theories get filled in there.”

A friend of mine in New Jersey says Gov. Christie has been throwing empty donut boxes at the drones. If that’s really true, at least Christie is trying.

Given the stupid way the feds are responding to this, there’s little doubt the drones are ours and that they’ve been told to lie and deceive in order to cover up what they’re doing.
Logically, that would imply that some genius concluded that the damage from admitting the truth would be worse than the damage from lying and covering-up.
Which probably means they’re doing something that would cause widespread panic and disruption, such as looking for radioactivity signatures, i.e. traces of a dirty bomb or EMP device. I can’t think of another treat (i.e. bioweapon) that could be detected by aerial surveillance.
There are reports that the drones are moving in a grid-like fashion which would support this theory, as would the fact that they’re along a coastline and high population density areas.
