Christina Aguilera looked nearly unrecognizable as she showcased her slim figure while attending a ribbon-cutting ceremony for H&M in New York City on Thursday.

The Genie In A Bottle singer, 43 - who recently made a surprise appearance on stage with Sabrina Carpenter - took part at the event which was held at H&M's flagship reopening in Times Square.

The star - who has been embroiled in Ozempic rumors - flaunted her toned frame wearing a pair of $169, shiny gold micro shorts from the brand.

She additionally donned a plain, black shirt that was tucked into the waist of the fitted, high-waisted bottoms.

Aguilera layered the ensemble wearing a long, black velvet coat that was left unfastened at the front and slipped into a pair of over-the-knee, black heeled boots.

The performer's platinum blonde locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in light waves.

Christina opted for minimal accessories to allow the outfit to be the main focal point, and added a pair of sparkling, silver earrings.

Her makeup was glammed up, and comprised of voluminous lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes.

A warm blush was added to better accentuate her cheekbones, while a satin nude-colored tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.

The Beautiful hitmaker flashed a big smile as she stood outside of the refurbished store and held a pair of large scissors in her hands before cutting the red ribbon.

Inside the store, the songstress could be seen walking through to see the collections and new designs.

The flagship store now contains immersive fitting rooms for customers - which offer interactive mirrors and floor-to-ceiling LED screens, according to PR Newswire.

Aguilera struck a few poses while standing inside the fitting room during her tour of the spacious Times Square shop.

The star was also joined by fiancé, Matthew Rutler, and she could be seen helping him try on a cream-colored coat.

While on the red carpet during the flagships' official reopening, Christina was seen crossing paths with Mehmet Arisoy - H&M's Chief Sales Officer.

Aside from Arisoy, she joined others at the event, such as Conrad Northe, Mahnaz Namazi, Claudia Fetta and Carlos Duarte.

In a statement, Aguilera expressed, 'I am so excited to be here at H&M's gorgeous new store, in Times Square no less,' per PR Newswire.

'What perfect timing for this location to reopen with their new collection just before the start of the holiday season. We're very excited to bring on the joy for the season.'

Aguilera's latest outing in the Big Apple comes months after she first sparked Ozempic rumors back in May of this year as she showed off her 50lb weight loss.

Last month in October, Christina further sparked concern from fans as she attended a Barry's Bootcamp event.

She shared a video of herself during the festivities wearing a fitted bodysuit and over-the-knee, black boots.

In reaction to the clip, one fan typed out on social media, 'Sometimes tryna go back to your old size is not a good look. She looks sick.'

'So Christina Aguilera found an Ozempic pen and now she just needs to find a pen to give us a classic hit,' another also penned.

However, others came to her defense, with one writing, 'All this talk about Christina Aguilera and her body is really gross. Christina has always been thin, she was naturally thin as a teenager.'

'Her body fluctuated throughout the years as it does when [one gets] older, live[s] and [has] kids. Ozempic or not. She looks amazing. Leave her alone, f***.'

Following the speculation, she has since commented on the 'media's obsession' with her weight over the years during an interview with Glamour in August.

'When you're a teenager, you have a very different body than when you're in your 20s,' she informed the outlet.

'I started to fill out, and then that was unacceptable because it was like, "Oh, she's getting thicker." Then I had industry people: "They liked your body and how you were as a skinny teenager."'

However, as she has grown older, Christina revealed that she does not let comments about her weight affect her.

'I have a maturity now where I just don't give a f*** about your opinion. I'm not going to take it on.'

The mother-of-two added, 'It must be your responsibility to take up your space. Other people's opinions of me are not my business.'

Also in October, plastic surgeons explained to DailyMail.com about the singer's 'fox-like face.'

Some doctors suggested that she has undergone procedures such as Botox and also got fillers.

Board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City, Dr. Michael Bassiri-Tehrani, stated, 'She looks incredible. I think her face now looks a little bit more mature compared to 1999.'

'She's always had great mid-face volume, so her cheeks were always pretty full, and she had a very strong jawline and chin, which now looks even more, I would say, accentuated.'

The plastic surgeon added that she has possibly gotten Botox or Dysport in her forehead and eye area.

'What's really the difference is the upper third of her face, and she's doing what a lot of people have been doing the last several years, which is making the brow more angular and stronger.'

He continued, 'That'll draw the eye and make it appear like there's a little bit more of a fox-eye.'

One surgeon, Dr. Thomas Barnes, told DailyMail.com that Aguilera might have also undergone a facelift.
