Rivalry week gets most of the attention, but the penultimate Saturday of the regular season always seems to pack some surprises. The football gods listening to the whining punished the SEC for their pride this Saturday.
But first, the football gods teased the SEC Kool Aid drinkers by proving their point about how much a fraud Indiana is. But then the gods unleashed the plague in SEC country. Three bottom feeders of the SEC beat three SEC playoff contenders. One top SEC team did enjoy the death and destruction, Tennessee.
Alabama, and Ole Miss now at 3 losses are done.
