Controversial NYC DA Alvin Bragg favored to win re-election: ‘New Yorkers are crazy’

Controversial Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is heavily favored to win re-election next year despite being seen as soft on crime — and critics say that could make New York City a laughingstock.
No Democrat has emerged thus far to challenge Bragg in the June 25 Democratic primary.
Republicans will field a credible candidate, said state GOP chairman Ed Cox — but pundits predict that any GOP nominee will still face daunting odds in liberal Manhattan, even with Bragg’s reputation as being soft on quality-of-life and street crimes.
Some analysts added that New York will be a national joke if Bragg, who has been in office a turbulent three years, coasts to re-election.

NY City and State are a one-party progressive state, which survives on Govt and Wall street. Most of the state resembles appalachia, while Govt and Wall Street elites sit atop.
And its ALL fed by government printed money, and debt.

In NYC, as in most dem controlled cities, the democrat primary is the election, no republican can win so whoever gets the dem nomination will be the next to hold the office with 98% certainty. Given that the dems aren't putting up a primary challenger, they are saying 'well done Alvin, you tried. You get to stay.'
So the party bosses pick the people who run the city but Trump is the threat to democracy.

Things do change. I think Trump plans to flip NY and CA. This will be a step in that direction.

NYers don’t vote. Only about twenty percent of REGISTERED voters showed up the last two times. Twenty percent of NY voters is probably the actual communists.

New York is already a national joke, except that the rest of the nation isn’t laughing.
By next year I hope Alvin Bragg is sitting in Gitmo where he belongs. Along with Trish. And Gov Hochul, who assured NY investors that Trump is the only one who would ever be charged the way he was.

That’s consistent with their views

Is that a problem or an opportunity?
Once upon a time, a shoe company sent two salesmen to Africa to determine the market potential for their products. One salesman was sent to the east coast of Africa, while the other salesman was sent to the west coast of Africa. Both the salesmen completed a basic survey of the target market and called back to the office. The salesman sent to the east coast of Africa reported: “No one here wears any shoes, there is no market for us here!”. The other salesman sent a message “No one here wears any shoes, there is a huge market for us, send inventory fast!”.
